  1. Contact: to manage the personal data of users who contact IPARK through the contact form that IPARK makes available to the user. Your data will be processed in order to manage this contact, schedule meetings, offer information about products and solutions, provide information to the media upon request, as well as to address any query, doubt, request, or comment you send us through the channels enabled for this purpose on our website.

    Likewise, we inform you that, only if necessary, such data will be communicated to the IPARK GROUP company to which the query or incident is addressed, the legal basis for such data communication being compliance with the legal obligations applicable to IPARK.

  2. INVOICES: Personal data provided by users for the purpose of issuing invoices for contracted services will be used solely and exclusively for that purpose.

EMPLOYMENT: The personal data of users who wish to participate in our recruitment processes are collected through the "EMPLOYMENT" section made available to the public through the group's websites. In any case, it is informed that appropriate security measures will be applied by IPARK according to the type of data processed in each case.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

IPARK processes the personal data provided by the users of its websites in accordance with the following legal bases, depending on the type of data provided by the user, as well as the interactions the user has with IPARK:

  • The processing of your data for the purposes of "Contact" and "INVOICES" is based on the management and processing of the legal relationship established between the user and IPARK, that is, in the management of your own request, in maintaining contact between the parties and, where appropriate, in the provision of the service that the user has requested.
  • The processing of your data for the purpose of "EMPLOYMENT" is based on the user's consent. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The retention period for personal data will vary depending on the service/processing you may contract. In any case, your data will be kept for the duration of the commercial/contractual relationship. Once this has ended, we will keep your data blocked for the statute of limitations periods of the obligations that may have arisen from the processing and/or the applicable legal periods, remaining at the disposal of the competent authorities for the attention of possible responsibilities arising from the processing.

  • As long as there is a contract that binds us, IPARK will keep the data provided for the time necessary to comply with the contractual relationship and, in any case, during the prescription periods required by current legislation. The data will generally be deleted afterwards, unless it is necessary to keep it to comply with any legal provision or administrative and/or judicial requirement.
  • In the case that we receive your CV to work with us, IPARK will process the personal data strictly during the recruitment period, unless we are expressly authorized to process it for a longer period for successive processes. Thus, the data of any unsuccessful candidate will be kept for a maximum period of 2 (two) years from the end of the selection process or from the moment they voluntarily sent us their CV.
  • As long as it complies with legal requirements, we will process your contact data for the time necessary to attend to and manage the queries you make through the "Contact" section of the Website and, in the case of sending you information about our products/services, as long as you do not object to such sending.
  • IPARK will keep your personal data processed as a result of Browse the Website, as long as you do not revoke your consent to do so, as provided in our Cookies Policy and, in any case, for a period of 1 year. After this period, we will again request your consent for the use of Cookies when accessing the Website.

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
